For the Crust (or use store-bought):
- 1 1/2 cups flour 200g
- 1/2 cup vegan butter margarine, or oil (90g)
- 1/2 tsp salt
For the Filling:
- 2 small onions chopped
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 medium tomato chopped
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 600 g firm natural tofu
- 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp soy cream
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt

- 10 cherry tomatoes halved
