- 2 cups 250g all-purpose flour + 1 tbsp
- 2 cups 480ml unsweetened soy milk
- ½ cup 100g sugar (or sweetener of choice) + 1 tbsp
- 4 tbsp 80g vegetable oil
- 1 packet 7g active dry yeast
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 10 drops orange essence optional but recommended
- 10 drops almond essence optional but recommended
- 1 pinch salt
