  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp sugar or sweetener of choice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • cups soy milk or other plant milk
  • cup vegetable oil or melted coconut oil
  • 1 dash vanilla essence optional

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Pan

  • Start by heating a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.

Step 2: Make the Batter

  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour and baking powder. Then add sugar and salt. Pour in the soy milk, oil, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.

Step 3: Pipe the Pancakes

Step 4: Cook
