For the Dough:
- 1 sheet of puff pastry or use homemade dough
- 2 tbsp oil
- 6 tbsp sugar
For the Cream Filling:
- 2 cups soy milk or other plant milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 tbsp tapioca starch or cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla extract or paste
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
