For the Yeast:
- 1 1/4 cups warm water not hot
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 packet 7g dry yeast
For the Dough:
- 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour approx. 400g
- 2/3 cup semolina flour
- 1 tsp salt
For Decorating:
- 2 tbsp olive oil for brushing
- Cherry tomatoes
- Fresh rosemary
- Bell pepper cut into flower shapes or strips
- Spring onion sliced into stems/leaves
