- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp sugar or any sweetener of choice
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 ½ cups soy milk or any other plant milk
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil or melted coconut oil
- 1 dash vanilla essence optional
For the ombre colors:
- For blue-purple: spirulina powder + blueberries or just frozen blueberries
- For red-ish: beetroot powder + strawberries/cherries or just sour cherries
- For pink: frozen raspberries and cherries
Important tip: Add coloring gradually. Avoid using more than 20g of fruit per bowl to maintain pancake texture
