- 1 ¾ cups 220g all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder

- ½ cup 122ml soy milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
- ⅓ cup flax egg see below
- ⅓ cup chopped walnuts optional
- ⅓ cup chopped chocolate optional
To make a flax egg: Mix 1 tbsp ground flaxseed with 3 tbsp water. Let it sit for 5 minutes until thickened.
