Is there anyone in this world who doesn't love banana bread?
I don't think so...because it is so easy to make, the ingredients are cheap and the result is so mouthwatering š
I've tried so many recipes before creating this one, there was always something missing but not this time.
This banana bread is turned out soft, delicious, and with that banana rich flavor.
That's why I decided to finally share it with you!

Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup (220gr.) all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1 pinch of salt
3 tbsp sugar (or any other sweetener)
2 large ripe bananas
2 tbsp vegetable oil (or nut butter)
1/2 cup (122 ml.) soy milk
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1/3 cup flax egg (flaxseed meal with water) *To make 1 flax egg mix 1 tsp of flaxseed meal with 3 tsp of water.
1/3 cup walnuts (optional but good)
1/3 cup chopped chocolate (optional but good)
Method:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 180C.
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl sift flour and baking powder mix in sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
Step 3: In another bowl mash bananas with a fork (or blend them with other wet ingredients), then add soy milk, oil, flax egg, and vanilla extract.
Step 4: Mix wet ingredients into dry and add chopped chocolate and walnuts.
Step 5: Transfer batter to a loaf pan(greased if your pan is not a non-stick pan).
Step 6: Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick from the center comes out almost clean.
*If you start to see some brown edges and your bread is still not cooked well inside, covet it with aluminum foil until a toothpick comes out dry.
