When it comes to burgers I think all of us are melting...fluffy buns with a combination of fresh veggies, different toppings, and of course, one huge super moist and flavorful patty and then everything is served with some fries the day is definitely becoming brighter, at least mine does for sure :D
Plant-based alternatives for patties are dozens, they come in different tastes, different colors, and even shapes and calorie ranges, but what is so good about this particular Curry Burger? What I can definitely mention is that this recipe is super easy and with really basic products you can find literally anywhere. And for sure it is full of flavors because it is again with some great spices in it.
When I was making this recipe it was really joyful because you don't have any hard techniques to apply or even to be concentrated, play some cool Indian music in the background and let's create those delicious easy burgers together!
